1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the ThousandWords iOS app and this website, operated by Peter Pohlmann, Rua Cristiano Cruz 9, 2820-056 Aroeira, Portugal ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms. Where Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement is mandatory, it applies in addition; Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app.

2. The service

ThousandWords is a language-learning app built around the 1,000 most frequent words of a language: flashcards with example sentences, audio pronunciation, verb conjugations, search, progress tracking and spaced repetition, currently in ten languages.

3. Free version and Premium

The free version includes the first 100 words of a course. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks all 1,000 words, all languages and the AI translation feature. The price is shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

4. AI translation — fair use

The premium Translate feature is subject to a fair-use limit (currently 300 translations per calendar month per device). Translations are generated automatically by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect; do not rely on them where accuracy is critical.

5. Learning content

Word lists, example sentences and grammar data are carefully curated, but we do not guarantee completeness or freedom from errors. The app is a learning aid, not professional language advice.

6. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell or abuse the app or its services (including automated or excessive use of the translation API).

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design and its content are protected by copyright and remain the property of the operator or its licensors.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability (including under product liability law) remains unaffected.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it; cancellation of a running subscription is done via your App Store settings. We may terminate or restrict access in case of abuse.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms with effect for the future, for example when features change. The current version is always available on this page.

11. Governing law

Portuguese law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der iOS-App ThousandWords und dieser Website, betrieben von Peter Pohlmann, Rua Cristiano Cruz 9, 2820-056 Aroeira, Portugal („wir"). Mit der Nutzung der App erklären Sie sich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden. Soweit Apples standardmäßiger Lizenzvertrag für lizenzierte Anwendungen (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) zwingend gilt, findet er ergänzend Anwendung; Apple ist nicht Partei dieser Bedingungen und nicht für die App verantwortlich.

2. Der Dienst

ThousandWords ist eine Sprachlern-App rund um die 1.000 häufigsten Wörter einer Sprache: Karteikarten mit Beispielsätzen, Audio-Aussprache, Verbkonjugationen, Suche, Fortschrittsverfolgung und Spaced Repetition, derzeit in zehn Sprachen.

3. Kostenlose Version und Premium

Die kostenlose Version umfasst die ersten 100 Wörter eines Kurses. Premium ist ein sich automatisch verlängerndes Abonnement (monatlich oder jährlich), das alle 1.000 Wörter, alle Sprachen und die KI-Übersetzungsfunktion freischaltet. Der Preis wird in der App vor dem Kauf angezeigt.

• Die Zahlung wird bei Kaufbestätigung über Ihre Apple-ID abgerechnet.
• Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird.
• Abonnements können Sie in den Einstellungen Ihres App-Store-Kontos verwalten und kündigen.
• Erstattungen werden von Apple nach den Bedingungen von Apple abgewickelt.

4. KI-Übersetzung — Fair Use

Die Premium-Übersetzungsfunktion unterliegt einer Fair-Use-Grenze (derzeit 300 Übersetzungen pro Kalendermonat und Gerät). Übersetzungen werden automatisch von einem KI-Modell erstellt und können unvollständig oder fehlerhaft sein; verlassen Sie sich nicht auf sie, wo es auf Genauigkeit ankommt.

5. Lerninhalte

Wortlisten, Beispielsätze und Grammatikdaten werden sorgfältig kuratiert; eine Gewähr für Vollständigkeit oder Fehlerfreiheit übernehmen wir jedoch nicht. Die App ist eine Lernhilfe, keine professionelle Sprachberatung.

6. Lizenz und zulässige Nutzung

Wir räumen Ihnen eine persönliche, nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung der App auf Apple-Geräten ein, die Sie besitzen oder kontrollieren. Sie dürfen die App oder ihre Dienste nicht zurückentwickeln (Reverse Engineering), kopieren, weiterverkaufen oder missbrauchen (einschließlich automatisierter oder übermäßiger Nutzung der Übersetzungs-API).

7. Geistiges Eigentum

Die App, ihre Gestaltung und ihre Inhalte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt und verbleiben im Eigentum des Betreibers bzw. seiner Lizenzgeber.

8. Haftung

Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten (Kardinalpflichten, d. h. Pflichten, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Vertrags überhaupt erst ermöglicht), begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen. Eine zwingende gesetzliche Haftung (einschließlich nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz) bleibt unberührt.

9. Beendigung

Sie können die Nutzung der App jederzeit beenden, indem Sie sie löschen; die Kündigung eines laufenden Abonnements erfolgt über Ihre App-Store-Einstellungen. Bei Missbrauch können wir den Zugang beenden oder einschränken.

10. Änderungen dieser Bedingungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen mit Wirkung für die Zukunft ändern, etwa wenn sich Funktionen ändern. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung ist stets auf dieser Seite abrufbar.

11. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt portugiesisches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Sind Sie Verbraucher, bleiben die zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften Ihres Aufenthaltslandes unberührt.

Al utilizar la aplicación, usted acepta estos términos. En la medida en que el contrato estándar de licencia de aplicación para el usuario final de Apple (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) sea de aplicación obligatoria, se aplicará de forma complementaria; Apple no es parte de estos términos ni es responsable de la aplicación.

2. El servicio

ThousandWords es una aplicación de aprendizaje de idiomas construida en torno a las 1.000 palabras más frecuentes de una lengua: tarjetas de memoria con frases de ejemplo, pronunciación en audio, conjugaciones verbales, búsqueda, seguimiento del progreso y repetición espaciada, actualmente en diez idiomas.

3. Versión gratuita y Premium

La versión gratuita incluye las primeras 100 palabras de un curso. Premium es una suscripción con renovación automática (mensual o anual) que desbloquea las 1.000 palabras, todos los idiomas y la función de traducción con IA. El precio se muestra en la aplicación antes de la compra.

• El pago se carga a su ID de Apple al confirmar la compra.
• La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que se cancele al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso.
• Puede gestionar y cancelar las suscripciones en los ajustes de su cuenta del App Store.
• Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple conforme a las condiciones de Apple.

4. Traducción con IA — uso razonable

La función de traducción premium está sujeta a un límite de uso razonable (actualmente 300 traducciones por mes natural y dispositivo). Las traducciones las genera automáticamente un modelo de IA y pueden ser incompletas o incorrectas; no confíe en ellas cuando la exactitud sea crítica.

5. Contenido de aprendizaje

Las listas de palabras, las frases de ejemplo y los datos gramaticales se seleccionan con cuidado, pero no garantizamos su exhaustividad ni la ausencia de errores. La aplicación es una ayuda para el aprendizaje, no un asesoramiento lingüístico profesional.

6. Licencia y uso aceptable

Le concedemos una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la aplicación en dispositivos Apple que posea o controle. No podrá realizar ingeniería inversa, copiar, revender ni hacer un uso abusivo de la aplicación o de sus servicios (incluido el uso automatizado o excesivo de la API de traducción).

7. Propiedad intelectual

La aplicación, su diseño y su contenido están protegidos por derechos de autor y siguen siendo propiedad del operador o de sus licenciantes.

8. Responsabilidad

Respondemos sin limitación en caso de dolo y negligencia grave, así como por los daños a la vida, la integridad física o la salud. En caso de negligencia leve, solo respondemos por el incumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales esenciales (aquellas cuyo cumplimiento hace posible la correcta ejecución del contrato), con el límite del daño previsible y típico de este tipo de contrato. Queda excluida cualquier otra responsabilidad. La responsabilidad legal imperativa (incluida la derivada de la normativa sobre responsabilidad por productos) no se ve afectada.

9. Terminación

Puede dejar de usar la aplicación en cualquier momento eliminándola; la cancelación de una suscripción en curso se realiza a través de los ajustes de su App Store. Podemos terminar o restringir el acceso en caso de uso abusivo.

10. Modificaciones de estos términos

Podemos modificar estos términos con efectos para el futuro, por ejemplo cuando cambien las funciones. La versión vigente está siempre disponible en esta página.

11. Legislación aplicable

Se aplica el Derecho portugués, con exclusión de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Contratos de Compraventa Internacional de Mercaderías. Si usted es consumidor, las normas imperativas de protección de los consumidores de su país de residencia no se ven afectadas.

2. Le service

ThousandWords est une application d'apprentissage des langues construite autour des 1 000 mots les plus fréquents d'une langue : des cartes mémoire avec phrases d'exemple, prononciation audio, conjugaisons des verbes, recherche, suivi de la progression et répétition espacée, actuellement en dix langues.

3. Version gratuite et Premium

La version gratuite comprend les 100 premiers mots d'un cours. Premium est un abonnement à renouvellement automatique (mensuel ou annuel) qui débloque les 1 000 mots, toutes les langues et la fonction de traduction par IA. Le prix est affiché dans l'application avant l'achat.

• Le paiement est débité sur votre identifiant Apple à la confirmation de l'achat.
• L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement, sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
• Vous pouvez gérer et résilier vos abonnements dans les réglages de votre compte App Store.
• Les remboursements sont traités par Apple selon les conditions d'Apple.

4. Traduction par IA — usage raisonnable

La fonction de traduction premium est soumise à une limite d'usage raisonnable (actuellement 300 traductions par mois civil et par appareil). Les traductions sont générées automatiquement par un modèle d'IA et peuvent être incomplètes ou inexactes ; ne vous y fiez pas lorsque l'exactitude est essentielle.

5. Contenu pédagogique

Les listes de mots, les phrases d'exemple et les données grammaticales font l'objet d'une sélection soignée, mais nous ne garantissons ni leur exhaustivité ni l'absence d'erreurs. L'application est une aide à l'apprentissage, non un conseil linguistique professionnel.

6. Licence et utilisation acceptable

Nous vous accordons une licence personnelle, non exclusive et non cessible d'utilisation de l'application sur les appareils Apple que vous possédez ou contrôlez. Il vous est interdit de procéder à de l'ingénierie inverse, de copier, de revendre ou de faire un usage abusif de l'application ou de ses services (y compris une utilisation automatisée ou excessive de l'API de traduction).

7. Propriété intellectuelle

L'application, sa conception et son contenu sont protégés par le droit d'auteur et demeurent la propriété de l'exploitant ou de ses concédants de licence.

8. Responsabilité

Nous sommes responsables sans limitation en cas de faute intentionnelle et de négligence grave, ainsi qu'en cas d'atteinte à la vie, à l'intégrité physique ou à la santé. En cas de négligence légère, notre responsabilité n'est engagée qu'en cas de manquement à des obligations contractuelles essentielles (celles dont l'exécution conditionne la bonne réalisation même du contrat), dans la limite du dommage prévisible et typique pour ce type de contrat. Toute autre responsabilité est exclue. La responsabilité légale impérative (y compris au titre du droit de la responsabilité du fait des produits) demeure inchangée.

9. Résiliation

Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser l'application à tout moment en la supprimant ; la résiliation d'un abonnement en cours s'effectue via les réglages de votre App Store. Nous pouvons mettre fin à l'accès ou le restreindre en cas d'abus.

10. Modification des présentes conditions

Nous pouvons modifier ces conditions avec effet pour l'avenir, par exemple lorsque les fonctionnalités évoluent. La version en vigueur est toujours disponible sur cette page.

11. Droit applicable

Le droit portugais s'applique, à l'exclusion de la Convention des Nations unies sur les contrats de vente internationale de marchandises. Si vous êtes consommateur, les règles impératives de protection des consommateurs de votre pays de résidence demeurent inchangées.

• Il pagamento viene addebitato sul Suo ID Apple alla conferma dell'acquisto.
• L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente, salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso.
• Può gestire e disdire gli abbonamenti nelle impostazioni del Suo account App Store.
• I rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple secondo i termini di Apple.

4. Traduzione con IA — uso corretto

La funzione premium di traduzione è soggetta a un limite di uso corretto (attualmente 300 traduzioni per mese di calendario per dispositivo). Le traduzioni sono generate automaticamente da un modello di IA e possono essere incomplete o errate; non faccia affidamento su di esse quando l'accuratezza è essenziale.

5. Contenuti didattici

Gli elenchi di parole, le frasi di esempio e i dati grammaticali sono curati con attenzione, ma non garantiamo la loro completezza né l'assenza di errori. L'app è un ausilio all'apprendimento, non una consulenza linguistica professionale.

6. Licenza e uso consentito

Le concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva e non trasferibile per l'uso dell'app su dispositivi Apple di Sua proprietà o sotto il Suo controllo. Non è consentito decompilare, copiare, rivendere o abusare dell'app o dei suoi servizi (incluso l'uso automatizzato o eccessivo dell'API di traduzione).

7. Proprietà intellettuale

L'app, il suo design e i suoi contenuti sono protetti dal diritto d'autore e restano di proprietà del gestore o dei suoi licenzianti.

8. Responsabilità

Rispondiamo senza limitazioni per dolo e colpa grave, nonché per lesioni alla vita, al corpo o alla salute. In caso di colpa lieve, rispondiamo soltanto per la violazione di obblighi contrattuali essenziali (obblighi il cui adempimento rende anzitutto possibile la corretta esecuzione del contratto), limitatamente al danno prevedibile e tipico per questo tipo di contratto. Per il resto, la responsabilità è esclusa. Resta impregiudicata la responsabilità obbligatoria per legge (inclusa quella derivante dalla normativa sulla responsabilità da prodotto).

9. Cessazione

Può smettere di usare l'app in qualsiasi momento eliminandola; la disdetta di un abbonamento in corso avviene tramite le impostazioni del Suo App Store. In caso di abuso, possiamo cessare o limitare l'accesso.

10. Modifiche ai presenti termini

Possiamo modificare i presenti termini con effetto per il futuro, ad esempio quando cambiano le funzionalità. La versione corrente è sempre disponibile in questa pagina.

11. Legge applicabile

Si applica il diritto portoghese, con esclusione della Convenzione delle Nazioni Unite sui contratti di compravendita internazionale di merci. Se Lei è un consumatore, restano impregiudicate le norme inderogabili a tutela dei consumatori del Suo Paese di residenza.

5. Conteúdos de aprendizagem

As listas de palavras, as frases de exemplo e os dados gramaticais são cuidadosamente selecionados, mas não garantimos a sua exaustividade nem a ausência de erros. A app é um auxiliar de aprendizagem, não aconselhamento linguístico profissional.

6. Licença e utilização aceitável

Concedemos-lhe uma licença pessoal, não exclusiva e intransmissível para utilizar a app em dispositivos Apple que possua ou controle. Não pode fazer engenharia inversa, copiar, revender ou abusar da app ou dos seus serviços (incluindo a utilização automatizada ou excessiva da API de tradução).

7. Propriedade intelectual

A app, o seu design e os seus conteúdos estão protegidos por direitos de autor e permanecem propriedade do operador ou dos seus licenciantes.

8. Responsabilidade

9. Cessação

Pode deixar de utilizar a app em qualquer momento, eliminando-a; o cancelamento de uma subscrição em curso é feito através das definições do seu App Store. Em caso de abuso, podemos cessar ou restringir o acesso.

10. Alterações aos presentes termos

Podemos alterar os presentes termos com efeitos para o futuro, por exemplo quando as funcionalidades mudam. A versão atual está sempre disponível nesta página.

11. Lei aplicável

Aplica-se o direito português, com exclusão da Convenção das Nações Unidas sobre os Contratos de Compra e Venda Internacional de Mercadorias. Se for consumidor, as normas imperativas de proteção do consumidor do seu país de residência permanecem inalteradas.

2. De dienst

ThousandWords is een taalleer-app die is opgebouwd rond de 1.000 meest frequente woorden van een taal: flashcards met voorbeeldzinnen, audio-uitspraak, werkwoordvervoegingen, zoekfunctie, voortgangsregistratie en gespreide herhaling, momenteel in tien talen.

3. Gratis versie en Premium

De gratis versie omvat de eerste 100 woorden van een cursus. Premium is een automatisch verlengend abonnement (maandelijks of jaarlijks) dat alle 1.000 woorden, alle talen en de AI-vertaalfunctie ontgrendelt. De prijs wordt vóór aankoop in de app getoond.

• De betaling wordt bij bevestiging van de aankoop via uw Apple ID in rekening gebracht.
• Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd, tenzij het ten minste 24 uur vóór het einde van de lopende periode wordt opgezegd.
• U kunt abonnementen beheren en opzeggen in de accountinstellingen van uw App Store.
• Terugbetalingen worden door Apple afgehandeld volgens de voorwaarden van Apple.

De premium vertaalfunctie is onderworpen aan een fair-use-limiet (momenteel 300 vertalingen per kalendermaand per apparaat). Vertalingen worden automatisch gegenereerd door een AI-model en kunnen onvolledig of onjuist zijn; vertrouw er niet op waar nauwkeurigheid essentieel is.

5. Leerinhoud

Woordenlijsten, voorbeeldzinnen en grammaticale gegevens zijn zorgvuldig samengesteld, maar wij garanderen geen volledigheid of foutloosheid. De app is een leerhulpmiddel, geen professioneel taaladvies.

6. Licentie en toegestaan gebruik

Wij verlenen u een persoonlijke, niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare licentie om de app te gebruiken op Apple-apparaten die u bezit of beheert. Het is niet toegestaan de app of haar diensten te reverse-engineeren, te kopiëren, door te verkopen of te misbruiken (waaronder geautomatiseerd of buitensporig gebruik van de vertaal-API).

7. Intellectuele eigendom

De app, het ontwerp en de inhoud ervan zijn auteursrechtelijk beschermd en blijven eigendom van de exploitant of diens licentiegevers.

8. Aansprakelijkheid

Wij zijn onbeperkt aansprakelijk voor opzet en grove nalatigheid en voor schade aan leven, lichaam of gezondheid. Bij lichte nalatigheid zijn wij uitsluitend aansprakelijk voor de schending van wezenlijke contractuele verplichtingen (verplichtingen waarvan de nakoming de behoorlijke uitvoering van de overeenkomst überhaupt mogelijk maakt), beperkt tot de voorzienbare schade die kenmerkend is voor dit soort overeenkomsten. Voor het overige is aansprakelijkheid uitgesloten. Dwingende wettelijke aansprakelijkheid (waaronder op grond van het productaansprakelijkheidsrecht) blijft onverlet.

9. Beëindiging

U kunt het gebruik van de app op elk moment beëindigen door deze te verwijderen; het opzeggen van een lopend abonnement gebeurt via de instellingen van uw App Store. Bij misbruik kunnen wij de toegang beëindigen of beperken.

10. Wijzigingen van deze voorwaarden

Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden met werking voor de toekomst wijzigen, bijvoorbeeld wanneer functies veranderen. De actuele versie is altijd op deze pagina beschikbaar.

11. Toepasselijk recht

Portugees recht is van toepassing, met uitsluiting van het Weens Koopverdrag (VN-Verdrag inzake internationale koopovereenkomsten betreffende roerende zaken). Bent u consument, dan blijven de dwingende consumentenbeschermingsregels van uw woonland onverlet.

2. Услуга

ThousandWords — это приложение для изучения языков, построенное вокруг 1000 самых частотных слов языка: карточки с примерами предложений, аудиопроизношение, спряжения глаголов, поиск, отслеживание прогресса и интервальное повторение, в настоящее время на десяти языках.

3. Бесплатная версия и Premium

Бесплатная версия включает первые 100 слов курса. Premium — это автоматически продлеваемая подписка (месячная или годовая), которая открывает все 1000 слов, все языки и функцию перевода с использованием ИИ. Цена отображается в приложении перед покупкой.

• Оплата списывается с вашего Apple ID при подтверждении покупки.
• Подписка продлевается автоматически, если не отменена не позднее чем за 24 часа до окончания текущего периода.
• Управлять подписками и отменять их можно в настройках вашей учётной записи App Store.
• Возвраты обрабатываются Apple в соответствии с условиями Apple.

4. Перевод с использованием ИИ — добросовестное использование

Премиум-функция перевода подчиняется лимиту добросовестного использования (в настоящее время 300 переводов в календарный месяц на устройство). Переводы создаются автоматически моделью ИИ и могут быть неполными или неточными; не полагайтесь на них там, где точность критически важна.

5. Учебный контент

Списки слов, примеры предложений и грамматические данные тщательно отбираются, однако мы не гарантируем их полноту и отсутствие ошибок. Приложение является учебным пособием, а не профессиональной языковой консультацией.

6. Лицензия и допустимое использование

Мы предоставляем вам персональную, неисключительную, непередаваемую лицензию на использование приложения на устройствах Apple, которыми вы владеете или управляете. Запрещается осуществлять обратную разработку, копировать, перепродавать приложение или его сервисы либо злоупотреблять ими (включая автоматизированное или чрезмерное использование API перевода).

7. Интеллектуальная собственность

Приложение, его дизайн и его контент защищены авторским правом и остаются собственностью оператора или его лицензиаров.

8. Ответственность

Мы несём неограниченную ответственность за умысел и грубую неосторожность, а также за причинение вреда жизни, телу или здоровью. При лёгкой неосторожности мы отвечаем только за нарушение существенных договорных обязательств (обязательств, исполнение которых делает надлежащее исполнение договора возможным в принципе), в пределах предвидимого ущерба, типичного для такого рода договора. В остальном ответственность исключается. Обязательная законодательная ответственность (в том числе по закону об ответственности за продукцию) остаётся незатронутой.

9. Прекращение

Вы можете в любое время прекратить использование приложения, удалив его; отмена действующей подписки осуществляется через настройки App Store. Мы можем прекратить или ограничить доступ в случае злоупотреблений.

10. Изменения настоящих условий

Мы можем изменять настоящие условия с действием на будущее, например при изменении функций. Актуальная версия всегда доступна на этой странице.

11. Применимое право

Применяется право Португалии, за исключением Конвенции ООН о договорах международной купли-продажи товаров. Если вы являетесь потребителем, обязательные нормы о защите прав потребителей страны вашего проживания остаются незатронутыми.

2. サービスの内容

3. 無料版とPremium

無料版にはコースの最初の100語が含まれます。Premiumは自動更新の サブスクリプション（月額または年額）で、全1,000語、全言語、およびAI 翻訳機能が利用可能になります。価格は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます。

• 料金は購入確定時にお客様のApple IDに課金されます。
• サブスクリプションは、現行期間の終了の少なくとも24時間前までに解約されない限り、 自動的に更新されます。
• サブスクリプションの管理と解約は、App Storeのアカウント設定から行えます。
• 返金はAppleの規約に基づきAppleが対応します。

4. AI翻訳 — フェアユース

プレミアムの翻訳機能にはフェアユース上限（現在、1端末あたり暦月ごとに300 回の翻訳）が適用されます。翻訳はAIモデルによって自動生成されるため、 不完全または不正確な場合があります。正確性が極めて重要な場面では、翻訳結果に 依拠しないでください。

5. 学習コンテンツ

単語リスト、例文、文法データは慎重に精選されていますが、その完全性や 誤りのないことを保証するものではありません。本アプリは学習補助ツールであり、専門的な 言語アドバイスではありません。

6. ライセンスと適正利用

当方は、お客様が所有または管理するApple端末上でアプリを使用するための、個人的、非独占的、 譲渡不能なライセンスをお客様に付与します。アプリまたはそのサービスのリバースエンジニアリング、複製、転売、 不正利用（翻訳APIの自動化された利用や過度の利用を含む）は禁止されています。

7. 知的財産権

アプリ、そのデザインおよびコンテンツは著作権により保護されており、 運営者またはそのライセンサーの財産であり続けます。

8. 責任

当方は、故意および重過失、ならびに生命、身体または健康への侵害については、 無制限に責任を負います。軽過失については、本質的な 契約上の義務（その履行があってはじめて契約の適正な履行が 可能となる義務）の違反についてのみ責任を負い、その範囲はこの種の契約に 典型的な予見可能な損害に限定されます。それ以外の責任は排除されます。強行法規に基づく責任 （製造物責任法に基づくものを含む）は影響を受けません。

9. 終了

お客様は、アプリを削除することでいつでも利用を終了できます。継続中の サブスクリプションの解約はApp Storeの設定から行います。不正利用があった場合、当方は アクセスを終了または制限することがあります。

10. 本規約の変更

当方は、機能の変更などに際し、将来に向けて本規約を改定することがあります。 最新版は常に本ページで確認できます。

11. 準拠法

国際物品売買契約に関する国際連合条約を除き、ポルトガル法が 適用されます。お客様が消費者である場合、お客様の居住国の強行的な 消費者保護規定は影響を受けません。

3. 免费版与 Premium

免费版包含课程的前 100 个单词。Premium 为自动续订 订阅（按月或按年），解锁全部 1,000 个单词、所有语言以及 AI 翻译功能。价格在购买前会在应用内显示。

• 费用在确认购买时通过您的 Apple ID 收取。
• 订阅将自动续订，除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时 取消。
• 您可以在 App Store 账户设置中管理和取消订阅。
• 退款由 Apple 依据 Apple 的条款处理。

4. AI 翻译 — 合理使用

6. 许可与合理使用规范

我们授予您一项个人的、非排他的、不可转让的许可，允许您在 您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用。您不得对本应用或其服务进行逆向工程、复制、转售或 滥用（包括对翻译 API 的自动化或过度使用）。

7. 知识产权

本应用及其设计和内容受著作权保护，其所有权归 运营者或其许可方所有。

8. 责任

对于故意和重大过失行为，以及对生命、身体或健康造成的损害，我们承担 无限责任。对于轻微过失，我们仅在违反重大 合同义务（即其履行是合同得以正常履行之前提的义务）时承担责任， 且以此类合同通常可预见的损害为限。除此之外，责任予以排除。法律规定的强制性责任 （包括产品责任法项下的责任）不受影响。

9. 终止

11. 适用法律
